Guys, please help me understand the cost of Vertical slab .. Big slab of Black galaxy / plues blue costs around 165, but is it not that the vertical slab costs half of it .. around 75-100 rs

Can someone help me know what is the granite cost especially vertical slabs.

I enquired couple of shops and they say that for Black galaxy it is around 145 and for Plus Blue it is 165 .. Is it worth so much, that too vertical slab.

Hi Could someone tell me what is the approximate construction cost per sqft nowadays? When i inquired a contractor he told me for a medium type of construction it costs 3-4L for 1 'chadara'. Since 1 chadara is 100 sqft isnt this too high when calculated at even 2000 per sqft? Bcoz when i searched o...

hi,

today my contractor said that Birla white putty is not needed and instead he will use chalk powder.

What you guys say. I somewhat prefer to get Birla white wall care putty being put first and then paint it.

Also, should the walls before paint should be smooth / slightly rough ...
