Registering for a price more than the Government value
Hi, Will the registration charges go up if I register a land for a value more than the government value. For example, if the govt value is 1000/sq.ft and the agreement value is 1500/sq.ft. Re: Agreement for sale / Sale Deed / Stamp Duty
As said by MNRS, I have also heard that banks do fund for plot + development. But Iam not sure if the ratio has to be mentioned in the agreement? Also if the development money is also paid through DD, do you require a a receipt from the vendor, is the DD from the bank itself be as a receipt?

Difference in agreement value and registered value
Hi,
Can a owner say a higher value in the sale agreement for a plot, where as he will register for a lower value?
In this case, if he accepts the remaining money also through DD or cheque, how will the owner account for this extra money?
Will the buyer be in any problem because of this?

Panchayat Approved Site
Hi, I visited a site in Hosur and the builder claims that it is a Panchayat Approved site. Iam not sure if a Panchayat can
approve any site? Does anybody know about this?
Thanks,
Dhanesh.
