I have give an advance to the owner to buy a plot in Springwoods. Finally owner has agreed to 1500/sq. ft for a full cash payment.

Is it a good deal reduced price from 1800 to 1500 in this area ?

You mean to say it is a good price to buy in Springwoods with the price of 1700/sq.ft ? I need to take a decision as quickly as possible so could you please comment on this.

I have enquired during April 2012 and actual cost about 1500/sq.ft but Mr. Govind has quoted high price. Currently Nisarga infront of Springwoods running 1600 -1700/sq.ft and in Nandavan running 1200/sq.ft.
Owner will comedown to 1700 if I go for full cash payment.
