I highly appreciate any update on the above? did they increase your interest rate? I too received a similar letter recently for my plot loan. I haven't contacted Bank yet. thought of checking in forum before proceeding further.

Dont relay on Axis bank as they hold first prize for providing loan for junk documents like B katha, many builders have internal tieup with this bank for providing loan and those builders tell you will get loan only from Axis bank and not frm nationalised bank.. Sam, you need to measure the width of the car with both sides door open (from one door to the opposite door) then you can leave space accordingly. I think 9ft will be sufficient for you.

Hi Krish, From an investor point of view I agree with you regarding the appreciation factor. This area will take minimum 2to 3 years to get developed and to get basic amenities, even it may go beyond that. So any one who want only to invest for a short term may not find this layout as a wise option....
