I am looking for site (BDA Approved) either a 30 x 40 or 30 x 50 in the above mentioned areas, kindly do let me know , if any one has any site available.

Dear All,

I am planning for a house and i shortlisted a constructed house which is G +2. I was told that any site below 60 x 40 can construct only G +1 and any other construction is not legally tenable. Kindly advise. The land area is around 1300 for the shortlisted property.
