Hi Santhosh,
your architect will give 2 big columns and a big beam if its only 11 columns. what it means is more steel, more concrete etc.

Hi Pribaaji,
10 x 5 size, you can have all the things. check out the plumbing lines from your overhead tank, your plan looks good, small correction, East direction always come to the right of North line.

Hi perumalsamy E, following are my observations, 1. you have 3' 9" (east side)as passage and 3' 3" (South Side) for a small site. instead make it 3' or 3'3" and remaining , you can increase all room sizes, especially bedroom. Hi Hkrish, it all depends on soil bearing capacity(SBC) and individual final plan. SBC in and around bangalore is above normal and load bearing will be sufficient. columns or Framed structure is needed when soil is weak and one is constructing basement + ground + 3 floors with different plans in eve...

There is no rule to say that one should go for hard teak wood main door. its individual choice. u have many options now like mathi / honne / sal / neem etc..
