It got the following 3 documents, can this be considered real khatha transfer? or is there

My friend got a khatha successfully last week.It was for a CMC site currently incorporated into greater bangalore.
But the cost was huge. (25k)

I am trying , I will let you know what happens.
But yes they are accepting applications for sure. Might charge a heavy bribe.
