Yes. Royal County is BDA approved. But i suggest you check with BDA also. I remember reading in this forum some part of layout has issues with BDA.

Hi, It is like bidding/open auction. another way to find out the market value. If somebody said in the layout some price and you want to sell, then ask them to Buy with a discount and sell it for more.
