Did you check the manufacturing date of cement ? Have you changed the cement ? I'm not sure how color of cement is effecting the cement. Since your's is a material contract, informing your contractor would change the cement easily. As per me Birla , ACC and Bharti are equally good

There are different grades in TMT steel. Right now, FE-500 and FE-550 are currently available in the market. There are only a few manufactures of 550 grade steel. In Fe-500, 500 stands for the tensile strength. A TMT bar that more than 500 Mpa is graded as 500.

compression strength by itself is a seperate test done in cement factory or normal civil ...
