Can you suggest a lowest cost per square feet granite variety which is hard, darker, uniform shade.
Midnight black is quite expensive and steel grey has bit of a pattern, black perl is also bit costly.
Suggest variety and price. Looking for lapotra. Trying to get 18 mm+ at around 70-80 rs ...

I need help to understand commercial conversion of residential site.
I have a site in a BDA approved layout on 80 feet road. The layout has been handed over to BBMP. I would like to know if anyway, I can get commercial plan approval or convert land use to commercial? Kindly suggest.
