Hi Sanchitnis, I have been to Mrinmayee several times - on good terms with them. But they could not forward me any masons, infact they were reluctant to refer me to labor contractors too , they said they had really no one really dependable. I understand this is a problem in this sector.

Paul, I am not planning to physically build the upper storey, only planning to hire the labourers directly and be more deeper involved in the process.

Msn1270, I am aware of prefabricated structures but gypsum as a material is something we are not keen to use.
