The rates are only 1500/- to 1600/- for a south facing and north facing would be somewhere between 1,650 to 1,750 max. Dont go by the brokers as they always increase the prices.... The reason being the broker who shows you the site will take you to an another broker acting as an seller. Beware!!! Do...
