Hi All ,
Can someone share me 40x60 4 apartments design where each apartment is 2000 sft with car park in ground level. I am looking for designs where we can park atleast 8 cars , with a watchman room in the ground floor.

Use clay tiles on your roof, probably the best method to avoid any sort of leaks, and keeps the indoors cool as well.

You can consider 1.5 hp pump. 1 HP is ok for a distance of upto 20 mts.

By asking for dimensions , do you mean to understand the setbacks you need to leave ? Please note that all across, there will be 2 plans , one approval plan and other working plan. The dimensions will be different in both these plans.
