Have anyone used CeasorStone for kitchen Counter-top(Its a stone made of 93% natural quartz ).Its pretty costly ie ~1600/Sqft. Wanted to check out if that investment is worth? or are there any disadvantages

I am constructing a house in Sarjapur road and I am in the process of selecting roofing tiles (I have sloping roof). The options I am aware are

1) Mangalore Clay tiles
2) Concrete tiles (Not sure the name)
3) Shingles roofing material

Can anyone guide me in the pro’s and con’s of these ...

1. How are you planning to utilize the space between staircase - Provision for lift? :- Planning a dry garden with skylight on top.
