I bought a site last year, this year I paid taxes but its still on previous owner name. I have khatha transferred to my name. I could not go pay so I sent someone known and this is what happened. Please someone help me clear my doubts.

Yes I purchased 30*40 plot last year. N right now m renting out a house and staying in the same locality. Loved the area and there is metro construction going on so prices might go up very soon.
