The person I approached is really junk. Its already more than 2 months. Still my file is on the table of BBMP officer, who has to do a final signature. I will give another person number, he is an engineer but gets plan approval also done. I got his number later by my contractor. his name is Vishwana...

it depends on number of floors and kitchen.
for me, G+2, the agent took 80K including bribe. Some ppl said even thins is too much.
Just ask what all the receipts you get.

There is a limit even for upward elevation. It will be akrama if you go beyond that.blrsiteseeker wrote:isn't leaving space a good thing. You will get more light and air into the house. mine is a small 30X30 site.
It looks like agent is not competitive or his relation with BBMP officers might have gone bad. Till now he has not hinted about more money.
