Re: House Plan for Review (78*40 Size) - East Facing
Here are my comments Sagar PLAN A 1) No branded lift will fit without customization, in such small location, minimum 5'1"x5'1" is required. usually architects give 5'3"x5'3". :( 2) Bedrooms are too small, after wardrobes it will be bad than a hotel room. 3) kitchen will be too congested after refrig...

General construction Tips
Hi, Wish to Share some mistakes/suggestions that can be taken care of during construction. 1) Always try to use PPC cement over OPC as the PPC grade has better life, water resistance and low heat of hydration. Re: Flooring option for Internal & External Staircase
Hi Sahu,
You'd get sadarhalli flamed one first quality for max 60Rs persqft and that would be good for external stair case. Even vitrified will do good if you have budget constraints. You can choose sadarhalli polished for internal staircase.
Thanks,
xxxxxxxxxxxx

Re: Our House construction experience
Hi Ravi, I'd suggest to not to simply go by cement brand. All major cements are good and you'd be basically paying for their ads. I met an engineer who is working for a cement company, he said that the process followed in most companies are same and that is his 5th cement company. Suppose you are us...
