The very concept of water heating works like that. Water in the bottome heats and goes up, gets consumed, draws more cold water to fill the space.. Increase the tank capacity if yo more people in the house

Hi Swamy I too got similar quotation, but only for drilling and casing (metal and pvc). No other charges were mentioned like transportation, labour, water injection, etc.. The borewell people were local near to my site. I'm not sure if distance matters. You may want to check with a few more vendors....

I have paid:
27K, 28K, 25K respectively for G+1 structure with 1 kitchen.
+ BBMP Misc 12K + 6K for blue print prep and submission.

I have got quotation from about 3 people who all said they have their own machines and standard rate seems to be Rs.55/ft upto 250ft and increase by Rs.10 every next 100ft.
