I have got the following quotation for 30x34 site , ground + duplex construction
Ground 2 bhk (approx 700 sq ft )
Duplex 1st and 2nd ( 2000 sqft)

The contractor is considering ground also 1000 sqft (including parking area).
Is this reasonable ??
