Around 22cft/tonne, it works out to Rs35/cft.
Don't worry about using robo sand, I used it for roof concrete (Acc RMC), wall construction.

Robo sand purchased one week back Rs800/tonne inclusive of taxes
Trichy sand Rs125/cft purchased one month back

I am paying 7.5k per bathroom and 3k per kitchen, for normal type of commode. For concealed type it is costlier

I usually pay 3 days before due date, take snapshot of the meter, show it to JE he signs it immediately, then I get the bill generated, pay it in the counter. I have been doing it for last 4 months, not even once JE asked for money. This takes around 15 mins. To do the same thing my contractor asked...
