Tiles chejjas are not worth it. Over a period they become loose and fall-off. Also It is difficult to insulate the wall and the tile to prevent rain water from comming in. It is better you go for concrete chejja by drilling holes and making mesh and plastering.

Go for phillips it is very good.

Go for Cement and lines. Parking tiles (especially terracotta red) looks dirty.

Since Pergola is closely spaced, Safety should not be an issues. You could go for 8x8 Solid polycorbonate sheet on tope of it. Costs about 60 psft. It will have glass like looks. Tata Solar is focussing on it's indistry, Hotel and other bigger solar plants business. Theire domestic solar market is shrinking. Better go for other companies like Solarizer, Anu etc who are completly focussed on Domestic solar business and will continue to give good after sales service.

Bathroom floor has to be raised above the road level. This can be only permanent solution.

Hi; Some suggessions. 1)If the yield at 800 ft was good, then you may have to drill. 2)for Qn2 and 3 you have to check with Borewell agency. For small sites bit larger window helps for better light and ventilation. Especially when neighbours construct adjecent walls or leave very less space.
