Recently there appears to be good progress - announcement of Nano park, completion of flyover etc.

More than 10 years back I invested in a plot in Asset Habitat promoted by Asset Shoppe in Bangalore.
The layout is located on the Mysore-Hunsur highway.
Can anyone please let me know the current status of this project and what's the demand over there?

Sorry it was a typo - it should be 20X30. I don't have the location where exactly the site is.

I am planning to invest in a a 20X80 BDA site in Arkavathy layout.
I got an offer for about 35L (including registration). Is this worth investing for medium term (2 to 3 years)?
Will this area be fully developed in 2 years?
