I think Vasanth is right. Because I can see there is two price range available as of now. One is 3500-3800/sqft and the other one is 4200-4500/sqft. I don't know why there is two price range within the same layout. I was told the issue present in the part II was sorted out sometime before.

Infact that's my point too. The price at this layout went way too high but coming down all of a sudden which i don't understand. I very much agree with you. I was about to fix something for 3800/sqft last month but took back after seeing the price droop. Many think the real estate will keep booming....
