As you know when you get site from BDA, the BDA executes the Lease agreement for 10 years. Want to know what procedure/paper work that needs to be done by the owner to covert it in to absolute sale deed.

Had the same confusion. After much analysis we found Model : Elica MFC 3B 70 SWIRL to be suiting us. It has best of built-in hob (looks) and utility of the regular stove( Multi flame control). check it out. Typically what I heard was heat delivery (rapidity) is poor with italian style burners ...

Your calculation is correct ,it is taken in running feet multiplied with agreed per sft panel rate.
8+8+4+4 = 24rft x per sft price

I went thru' 'Deepa Solar' who are integrators for Emerson.

Liebert/Emerson PCU 2KW along with panels (2KW) costs about 3.4L ( along with 100 AH x 8 batteries). BORG does not supply batteries.

Liebert PCU is bulkier than BORG PCU. But seems like it is on par with BORG in terms technical specs and system warranty.

I talked to Emerson who is also having the solar inverter of some repute.. One of the system integrator quotes much less price compared to BORG.

I am talking to BORG folks. Any first hand experience ??
