I looked at phase I and it looks good.
I was quoted 1.15 for phase II.

It is a resale and the seller is ok with multiple buyers for 60x85. I also checked with my lawyer that it is possible. Only issue would be, the plot is not corner one and only 60ft is facing road. Bifurcation/pricing etc would have to be thought through and agreed upon

I was also looking at a property in whistling palms. I was thinking of buying a bigger plot(5100 sqft) shared with 2-3 others as I see it is selling for good rate compared to smaller ones.
