Your plan is very good and compact, the challenge here is again the space for car parking (just 12 feet like in my plan). I will check and try to squeeze in some place from other areas and accommodate.

But, I have a challenge in extending the car parking by another 2-3ft with the current 2 BHK
option considering the setbacks. Also, the present plan does'nt have utility space.
So, do you suggest a 1 BHK with the utility ...

I am also searching a 30x40 site at bsk 6th stage from last 6 months with the budget of 20lakhs. but could not find any decent site in that range. Some sites are available for 1700 range but are in bad location or facing. Also for few of them when i go for finalising either they increase the price ...
