Hi Bidappa,
I am getting it from Winerberger . Initially we tried the Baliyapattanam Blocks option, but since the delay was huge (~2 Months ) we opted for the former. The costs vary based on different cases(quantity,location,negotiation etc) . I am paying @45 (16/8/6 inches blocks)

In my opinion, there is no one answer for all. It all depends on the structural engineer who has to design efficient structures and use materials which use less Iron.
