Occupancy certificate is only required for Apartments not for individual house.

I was really interested and they gave me final price of 3050 for west facing site. I dropped as i was not getting the site somewhere in middle. All last row sites were available.
You can negotiate upto 3000.

Did you buy apartment in this. I like this project and looking to buy in same.
The builder is saying they will provide OC but they are not ready to write in agreement. Please provide your feedback.

Does any one have any info on Prakrithi enclave. It seems to be gated villa plots. There is no info available in internet as well.
