in chelakere, land lords who got 40 % share from BDA are quoting 5k per sqft as of today. layout is very near to ring road, but is worth buying property like this.

how much legally ok to buy site from 40% shared sites belonging to land lords?

if u are planning to purchase site in Arkavathy layout ..be carefull in dealing with land lords who got 40 percent shares and who are selling BDA sites..

@jpnagarprop, @premsaagar - thanks for your reply... the latest update on Arkavathy sites is BDA is in full swing to develop these layouts to provide basic amenities. But until complete layout is ready with demarkation stones, drainage, electricity poles, None of the banks are ready of sanction loan...

in arkavathy layout one of the land owner who got his site registered in his name is ready to sell. He got this site from BDA on 60:40 sharing scheme.

please some help me, is this safe to buy this type of property from the land lord?

Hi all, It seems from ARkavathy layout 19th block, the registration of BDA lands to land owners is started. and few of the the land lords already registered their alloted. And one these sites is available for sale. I just want know is this safe to buy this type of property which was alloted to land ...
