Hi Raghav,
I have been using Yellow and Red Cedar since a year now and found it to be fabulous.It looks much better than any wood even Teak. It doesn't bend, warp,bleed etc.It's just awesome.Try it and you would love it.I had used it for about 5 houses including mine.

Has anyone used Yellow Cedar or Western Red Cedar (Both imported from Canada) for internal/external door frames & Shutters?
They look very impressive and Iam planning to start using them.
Can anyone give more inputs on both these woods?

Hi Chirag, I had been through the attached quotation and found it to be really on a very high side. You could ask for much better and branded materials for the price quoted. Take a minimum of 3-4 quotes so that you would understand the prevailing market price per sq.ft. All the best for your project...

I would suggest GM make as it has got different models from which you could pick the one of your choice. Pricing is quiet nominal too.

Hi Ashish,
There are lot of duplicate brands available in the market. Incase if you are buying Finolex cables,then pls check for the scratch code on the box packing.You need to sms that code to the provided number and you would get a reply immdtly if it is original.
