30 inhes height of wall , after Box thickness and stone of 19mm thick u ll get a height of 32 to 33 inches , width of cabinet is 22 to 23 inches , above counter top if its 15 inches means its enough ,

is it a load bearing wall which has to be removed , if yes then do not touch that wall , Make sure there wont be much vibrations in wall or slab while demolishing (only till it is connected) , once detached from the other plot its easy but still consult some expert and den continue

It should be 1;2 ratio 6 inch to 11 inch is a good dimension , afte laying granite or any stone a one inch extension will be give for tread , width wise 3ft 3 inch is best, but make sure the step connecting Fromm floor and roof should ve deducted and added floor tbickness , 15X 6'6" is the best ...

its a Hard Stone same as kadapa if u search in any granite sink shop u can find it , even Kota stone is much better but bit costly , u ll get @ 45 to 50 Rs Max /Sft

Harihara sand actual cost is around 80k to 95k depending on load , roughly qty will be around 900cft , and it has not stopped , since its rainy season they are not able to lift the sand from river as water level ll be high , so they bring from storage yard because of which is bit costlier , if u go ...

Ghana Teak Price and Honne are both same but strength wise Honne is more better than ghana teak ,
ghana teak price for good texture and color price varies from 2200 to 2500 , where as honne is around 1900 to 2300 , rates are excluding of cutting planning and VAT .

Simply a 10 X10 room means u cant tell , it depends on simple lengthXbreadth(height) calculation just deduct the openings see the height of building and u can take coefficient from my previous post u ll get it , example a wall of 10 feet length 10feet height with no openings
