I am in process of booking one plot. Not able to decide on which bank to look for loan. As per the developers loans are approved by icici axis and sbi. But they are pressurizing to go by icici only for faster closing the deal.

Also do anybody here knows about changing the loan type from ...

I visited the site yesterday and saw (site no 64) has done foundation work. I'm not sure if the owner of site no 64 is constructing a house??

Has anyone booked in Phase 2? If so what are the rates?

I see in google maps that Pionier residency falls under Choodasandra village, but the developer says this falls under Rayasandra village. Any thoughts???

Has anyone taken loan from any other bank apart from AXIS/SBI/ICICI for this project?

The developer is insisting us to go with AXIS or ICICI so that they sanction the loans asap
