Generally black granite costs Rs 150+ for 16-19MM.. so Rs 225 for 30 mm is reasonable.

I got Hettich 20 inch (500mm) telescopic channels at 30% discount + vat on MRP of 578 per channel from Shiv Hardware.
This effectively comes to 20 % discount with final price of Rs 460 per channel. Also got 30 KG Fevicol, it costed me 4850 for 30 kg.
Also got 25% flat discount on Kit Fit ...

Yes this is a common trick. These areas have severe water shortage issues. The roads & local crowds are very bad. Sewage & crime problems are also an issue. We frequently have theft issues in our layout. One criminal also attacked my sister during daytime.

We had Zero-B and then switched to Eureka Forbes Aquaguard and it was a big mistake. Zero-B had many issues but at least they used to come for repairs. Aquaguard people are enthusiastic only till you buy their product. After you buy, you will become totally unwanted to them.
