I have been looking to buy a site and construct a house and have been really wondering what are the risks involved in buying a site with B-Khatha?

I also heard that B-Khatha with betterment charges paid is as good as A-Khatha. Is this true?

To clarify, this property is not in Whitefield near Sathya Sai Baba ashram. This is near Shridi Sai Baba temple in Munnekolala (you take a right at Kundalahalli gate signal and drive ~1.5kms)

I came through this project Sapthagiri Homes by Sapthagiri estates at Munnekolala near Marathahalli and was wondering if anyone has feedback on the builders.
