Rs 700 is good, and thats the running rate for plots by other societies in that area in recent times.

I have also applied here and so far things have been good in dealing with them. I went there in early Feb 2013, and they seem to have put up a compound wall all around. So maybe we can consider that as some progress. But I am sure these things will take several more years to complete in my opinion.
