Hi.
Instead of spending that much cost on borewell please include rain water harvesting in your building so that you dont have to depend on borewell.which will cost you half of the borewell cost.

you could try this IPS(Indian patented concrete flooring) flooring with residential epoxy coating & combine with very minimal Marble/Granite inlay works.It definitely matches well with your interlocking mud blocks walls

Hi..Mr.chethan Labour rate for commercial building with basement will be seperate for basement which will be more when compared to upper floors.The rate depends on things like Column size,Floor height,kind of structural system you have finalised,sunken slab,width of staircase,no. of floors as you go...

The plan looks very preliminary level for such a big site you need to relook in to the requirements and draft a plan with good Architect.I suggest dont go with any of the plans since u will waste lot of space.

Hi.. 1.Before taking any decision first valuate the work executed by your contractor till date and get the proofing done by third party(Architect/structural engr) 2.Site with your Architect and check what is the deviation done at site and plan it with him what are the different ways you can rectify....

Hi..
It is not cement finish it is called exposed concrete with various techniques used before laying concrete & you should do lot of work on drawing board to get the desired look & texture.
This look will enrich as the time pass and for this you need skilled labors.
