Dear Friends, I will have 1 Bhk house in Ground floor and 2 BHK ,with Dining in 3rd floor for Rent from the month of May 2014 in BCC Layout Chandra Layout!!. Same with me as aashish.lg has mentioned. 1500/sqft you can get pretty decent material and good finish of your dream home,only challenge is to find good contractor and I was lucky with it.
